- leading Bible studies or discipleship groups
- organizing conferences & retreats
- coaching volunteer athlete or coach leaders

WILL I BE PAID?
Part-time field staff raise financial support to cover a part-time salary. The total amount varies based on location. You can read more about raising support as a part-time in the Getting Started on Staff Guidebook.

DEADLINES
There are three different seasons when interns begin their time with Athletes in Action at a three day training. The application process takes up to six weeks, so be sure to get a head start.
The three application deadlines are: March 1, May 15, and October 1.
The training seasons that follow the application deadlines are mid-April, late-August, and mid-January.

Once we get some initial information from you and confirm an available ministry role with a campus team near you, we’ll guide you through the application process.
