Serve college athletes
College athletes influence their whole campus. Invest in athletes, coaches and administrators in a high-pressure, visible place, and help athletes find identity and belonging deeper than their performance.
Sport teams
Join a national sport team
Be part of a national team that develops and mobilizes athletes physically, mentally and spiritually.
National office
Use your professional skills
Serve on our national marketing, technology, finance, operations, fundraising or events teams, for a gospel purpose.

How full-time staff are funded.
As part of our parent organization, Cru, Athletes in Action staff are members of a religious missionary organization. Almost all of our staff raise funding for their salary and benefits, with training and coaching to help along the way.
