In the video in the previous module, Jared explained to Grant how we as humans constantly try to reach God and the abundant life He promised us, but we due to our sin, we are separated from God. In this video, listen for why Jesus had to die, and how it is that he is the one and only way to connect us to God.

Sharing Point 3 | Jesus Christ is God’s answer to our sin problem. Through Jesus, our relationship with God can be restored so we can know and experience God’s love and plan for our lives.

Jesus explained to His disciples that He was going to prepare a place for us, and that He would return to take us to the Father’s house and that His disciples already knew the way. When Thomas, his doubting disciple, objected saying that they didn’t know where Jesus was going, Jesus responded:

“I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the father except through me.” John 14:6 ESV
