Your coach is expecting you to step up as a leader next year. Your teammates are looking to you to lead them. You have been working on your game to be the best player you can be but you need some guidance on how to improve your leadership skills so that you can lead your team.
At Captains Academy past college basketball captains, sport influencers work together to create an immersive leadership experience. These leaders are seeking to invest in the next generation of college basketball leaders for the good of the game. Learn from captains who have led locker rooms, dealt with coaches expectations, dealt with social media pressures and fan noise on what it takes to be an effective team leader.

TAKING LESSONS TO THE NBA
Grant Williams attended the Captains Academy while a student athlete at the University of Tennessee. Now, he plays in the NBA and has carried leadership lessons with him to the most elite competitive scene in basketball.
Alex Caruso was part of the inaugural Captains Academy and helped the LA Lakers win an NBA Championship.
