The Program

Develop the total athlete.

AIA Prep is a post-grad gap year in Xenia, Ohio, entering its 5th season. The program is run like a four-year college program, with structure and accountability, and players are coached by college and pro level coaches on the court and in the weight room. Our core values are humility, passion, communication and collective responsibility.

How we do it

Built like a college program

Style of play
Tough, smart and unselfish. On offense we value great shot selection and taking care of the ball. On defense we play our "3D Defense": Disrupt, Dictate and Dominate.
Class options
Players are encouraged to take online classes through their local community college to stay in the rhythm of academics. It is optional, and our academic advisor helps each player and family choose.
All-inclusive experience
On-campus dorms, a banquet center, a full-time chef, 24/7 on-call staff, a weight room, the John Wooden Family Fieldhouse and an outdoor sports complex.
The AIA family
More than 150 people work on the Athletes in Action campus, and many have given their lives to pouring into athletes and coaches at the highest level. We want every player to leave feeling loved, cared for and ready to compete.
