You must report to your assignment upon completion of MPD (support-raising) so that means the family might need to uproot at any point in time if your assignment is other than where you currently live. Do you understand this?

For SOSA staff there is a salary range, minimum to maximum, based on several factors - age, geographic location, and years on staff. The approximate annual gross starting salary based on just age is $36,731-under age 30; $44,602-age 30-34; $52,473-age 34-39; $60,344-age 40+.

There may be the need for you to go on extended ministry trips. The norm would be that you are not away from your spouse for more than 14 days at a time. Is that a concern for our spouse/family?

You must be on Cru benefits whether you are eligible to get them through your spouse or not. You can also get benefits through Cru to cover your spouse and children. Are you aware of this?

Both spouses must be in agreement with Cru's philosophy of ministry even if only one is applying for staff. The spouse not coming on staff will have a few documents they will be asked to fill out and sign. Have you made your spouse aware of this?
