Why this exists
Sport is one of the biggest stages in our culture. But the people who lead in sport don’t always reflect the people who play it. This apprenticeship opens doors for leaders from communities that have too often been left out, and it’s open to anyone who shares that heart.
What makes it different
Three things shape every part of the program, and who you become in it.

Get time with leaders who have done what you hope to do. Real coaching, real feedback, and role models who’ve walked your road.
