The Total Coach Foundations course will develop you as a coach in three ways:
- Leadership Development Videos
- Facilitated group discussions with AIA staff and other coaches.
- “Overtime Content”- short, engaging, informative videos for those interested in diving deeper into leadership and coaching.

HISTORY
This digital program has been developed from what we have learned from over 10 years of leading our International Basketball Coaches Academy, an in-person event, which has equipped over 200 coaches from 40 countries. Many of these coaches have gone back and won leauge championships and have given credit to what they have learned through this program.

Live Discussions
Each day from January 22 to 26, we will host a live discussion group. To obtain your certificate of completion you will need to participate in 4 of the 5 live sessions. For this edition the live sessions will be at 6:00pm GMT / 1:00 pm EST (New York Time).
