Ultimate Training Camp · Since 1979
Find freedom.
Compete with purpose.
The high-intensity training camp where college athletes find freedom and purpose through the integration of God, life and sport.
The high-intensity training camp where college athletes find freedom and purpose through the integration of God, life and sport.
When the stadium lights go out and the fans leave, most college athletes wrestle with the same questions:
You are not alone. God offers you an identity, a community and a purpose that goes beyond your performance and your sport. Get this, and it changes everything.
As former college athletes, we know what you are experiencing. Each school year, on campuses across the country, we serve student-athletes like you. Since 1979, more than 10,000 college athletes have experienced the life-changing environment of UTC.
Set aside what you think a Christian sports camp is. Come ready for intense competition that will push you to your limits.
The Bible can be confusing. With the Five Principles, you hear it taught in the language of sport so you can understand and apply it.
Connect with and learn from former and current athletes who are walking by faith through the struggles you face.
A Total Athlete is developed physically, mentally and spiritually. Every athlete at UTC experiences four elements, refined over decades to create a holistic growth experience.
Imagine hearing the Bible taught so you not only understand it, but can apply it. Learn these truths in your sport and apply them in every area of life.
Apply God’s Word to your sport in a competitive volleyball tournament. Think volleyball is easy? You haven’t seen anything yet.
Build real relationships with your peers as you think, feel and work through what God is teaching you. Many become lifelong friends.
The highlight for many: a 20-hour, high-intensity team competition where every athlete gets to experience God in a new way.
Who or what do I worship?
What motivates me?
How do I grow?
How do I deal with suffering?
How do I live for God’s Kingdom instead of my kingdom?
The Five Principles of Athletic Competition are the gospel applied to sport, experienced through sport and spoken in the language of sport.

The more athletes you know, the better. Recruit your teammates to come with you.
Learn to surrender your life and sport to God, so you can live and compete with freedom and purpose.
He cares deeply about you and your experience in life and competition, and He wants to free you to become your best.
Athletes across the country face the same struggles and triumphs and want to walk in freedom with you.
In His grace, God gives you purpose in your pain, toward something greater than your circumstances.
You are an athlete, and you are more than an athlete. You will be equipped for both.
“UTC showed me how to truly surrender my sport and life to Christ.”
