Skyy brings the same intensity he had as a NCAA D1 athlete (sprinter + wide receiver) and Pro Receiver (CFL) to tailor highly individualized programs which have propelled numerous football players to become professionals.
Lauren Jones has a Masters in Exercise Science and is a Hall of Fame (NCAA D1 + HS) sprinter. Our programming is infused with the same fundamentals and techniques that drove Lauren’s incredible performance as an athlete.
Jeff Friday is a Super Bowl Champion Head S&C Coach (Ravens) and has worked with elite athletes in the NFL for 21 years. Jeff has a unique ability to bring out the highest potential in the athletes he guides and coaches.
Janell Burkart has a natural gift of putting her clinical knowledge to work on real world situations that keep the athletes we train at their best. Janell has worked with our performance team to make a difference for athletes in the NFL, NBA and NCAA.
The Total Athlete Football program prepares athletes for all aspects of the NFL Combine and Pro Days. Besides developing character and leadership skills, athletes will work on proper technique in speed and agility training for the 40-yard dash, 3-cone drill, and 20-yard shuttle.
Power training will be incorporated to maximize results for the broad jump and vertical jump, along with strength/endurance training for the bench press. In addition, we will teach position skill drills that will occur on the field. A certified athletic trainer is on staff and available to treat pre-existing injuries.
Other support programming includes Wonderlic prep, interview training, and social media training. On-site meals and housing are provided on the AIA campus. Meal plans that are assessed and customized with sport nutritionists and prepared by an executive chef
