OUR STAFF
Lee and Kelsey arrived in New York City in 2025 to start Athletes in Action (AIA) and work toward reaching every athletic department in the five boroughs of NYC. Kelsey played volleyball at Loyola New Orleans then graduated from University of Georgia where she served in campus ministry until she married Lee and then began serving on staff at Park Community Church in Chicago. Lee played soccer starting at NC State and then at Loyola Chicago where he graduated. After both Kelsey and Lee served on staff with the local Church in Chicago, and Lee completed his Masters of Divinity at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School, God then birthed a ministry calling to AIA. Both Kelsey and Lee became Christians in college and are trusting God through the stewardship of their backgrounds in sport to see/spark a growing spiritual movement among college athletes in the city!
