Description: This program is designed for high school, college and professional level basketball players looking for a program to prepare them for the demands of elite level basketball. Weekly sessions include speed, change of direction, strength and power development to help you excel at the highest level.

Skyy Simmons, PES
Director, Pro Performance

Skyy Simmons is world renowned for teaching the finer details of technique, form and explosive movement. Skyy brings the same intensity he had as a NCAA D1 athlete (sprinter + wide receiver) and Pro Receiver (CFL) to tailor highly individualized programs which have propelled numerous football players to become professionals.

Lauren Jones
Director, Performance Operations

Lauren Jones has a Masters in Exercise Science and is a Hall of Fame (NCAA D1 + HS) sprinter. Our programming is infused with the same fundamentals and techniques that drove Lauren’s incredible performance as an athlete. 

Seth Salisbury, CSCS
Sports Specialist

Seth Salisbury has a Masters in Exercise Science and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Seth was an NCCAA scholar athlete, spending 3 years as a division II collegiate track and field captain and 2 years on a division II collegiate basketball team. Due to the combination of his educational background and athletic experience, Seth has the ability to coach athletes of all levels ranging from youth to professional.

Jeff Friday, CSCS
Director, Human Performance

Jeff Friday is a Super Bowl Champion Head S&C Coach (Ravens) and has worked with elite athletes in the NFL for 21 years. Jeff has a unique ability to bring out the highest potential in the athletes he guides and coaches. 

Alaina Brown, AT
Athletic Trainer


Alaina Brown is the assistant Athletic Trainer (AT) with Athletes in Action and the full-time AT with the Prep Academy men’s basketball team and the men’s Soccer Academy team. Alaina completed her undergraduate education at the University of Jamestown in Jamestown, ND where she competed on the volleyball team for 4 years. Within those 4 years, the team achieved 3 conference championships and 2 NAIA National Tournament appearances. She also completed an Athletic Training internship before graduating.
