Quinn McDowell currently serves as the assistant basketball coach for Virginia Wesleyan College in Norfolk Virginia. He graduated from William and Mary in 2012 earning a bachelors in Religious Studies and playing four years of basketball for the Tribe Men's program. He was involved with several ministry initiatives on campus while serving in a mentorship capacity for a group of high school students through his local church. His love for writing, leadership, and athletics spurred him to work as a research assistant on campus in addition to his contributions on several writing projects with Athletes in Action during his post-grad years. He and his wife Lindsey spent the next four years overseas pursuing a career in professional basketball while he continued to write on the topics of leadership, team-building, and personal development.
