Amy was a Division I soccer player at Cornell University where she also was involved with Athletes in Action. She captained the varsity soccer squad her junior and senior years, was named Rookie of the Year her freshman year, and earned multiple All-Ivy honors and Athletic Academic All-American. She taught math for two years before joining Keynote, the creative arts and music ministry of Cru, where she toured and led teams as a guitarist/vocalist for over a decade. She now works as a fitness consultant and an independent certified life coach and leadership trainer/speaker with the John Maxwell Team. She coaches high level athletes to live as a “total athlete”—mind, body and soul—and helps them transition into their next career with purpose, direction and passion so they can continue to thrive.
